What happens during a session?

Think of this as a gym membership for your business with each session being like a boot camp class:

Part 1: 30 minutes of social media posting: get your social media made and scheduled for the week with this rapid fire guided work time. We provide the prompts- you upload and schedule on the spot. 

​

Part 2: 30 minutes of a growth topic: we'll dive deep into a business growth or marketing topic. This could include how to write a booking email, finding sponsors, marketing strategies, etc. Topics are pre-planned in advance, but topic requests are often taken to keep it relevant to members needs and current trends.

30 minutes of implementation: time to start applying what we just learned. Start implementing the topic to your individual business with guided support and hands on help including email templates, personalized assistance and time for questions.

Before becoming a music manager and coach, Mandy was an elementary school teacher who specialized in ADHD and dyslexia. She's taken her knowledge of the learning process and adapted it for creative adults. These sessions have been designed to make mundane and boring tasks fun and social. Sessions are fast paced, purposely divided into three parts to break up tasks and small group oriented to build community and accountability.

Who can sign up for these?

Any creative entrepreneur or business owner that wants to grow their business and is looking for guidance and community support. If you are building a business around your craft, are motivated and goal oriented and looking for structure and accountability in a small group setting, these are designed for you. ​​

Can I just sign up for one session?

No, the core of these sessions is to help creatives gain accountability and growth for their business, so month long memberships are required.

Will this help me?

100%. Anyone who sits down for 90 minutes, uninterrupted and focused every week to work on their business will see growth. Add in a business coach and motivated community and you will see even greater results.

Do I need to bring anything?

Yes, bring your phone and laptop. These are work sessions and you will need access to both throughout.

What if I miss a session?

Sessions cannot be refunded. If space is available in another session, they can be made up within the same month.

Sessions occur weekly at Barcocina,1629 Thames St, Baltimore, MD 21231.

Is food available there?

Yes, food and drink are available for purchase individually from the restaurant.
